    is that a mix of onion and apple? or your outer layers just particularly green in this case?

    I thought that was a few massive leeks, normally most onions in the north east US aren’t so green, unless fresh spring onions which is not the time of year obviously.

  3. Those tongs will be hot. I wouldn’t rest them on that soft plastic or any kind of plastic
